Commercial Audio System Upgrade
The Kedron Wavell Services Club received a much needed audio system upgrade in 2020 with a custom designed and installed Yamaha audio system. The brilliant refurbishment of the club was the catalyst for this audio upgrade project. The club was able to keep their costs down by re-using some existing amplifiers and adding new amplifiers to the refurbished zones. This club is a great size venue comprising 16 different zones with 24 inputs and 32 outputs, which then needed a centralised and simple method of controlling audio across all of these areas. Yamaha Pro audio products combined with ProVisionaire iPad Control app means a perfectly functioning PA system providing years of simple use and amazing sound. The 100V speakers installed are the best sounding speakers available for use in a club or hospitality venue. This was another install that went without a hitch and the Wynnum Manly Leagues Club are incredibly happy with their sound system.
Controlling Audio Across Different Club Areas
A roaming iPad provides the perfect solution to control the system. The simple to use audio interface provides ultimate control to ensure that the paging system could run from multiple microphones, controlling source and volume within each area or zone independently of the other areas.
Audio To Create Atmosphere & Handle Emergencies
This complete audio solution enables pubs, clubs and other larger venues complete control over a multi-zone space. The restaurant area of the club can enjoy soft music adding to the atmosphere of relaxation whereas the bar and entertainment areas can provide a completely different feel with up tempo music or live entertainers. The central digital switch and mixer allows the staff to control volume, source, microphone ducking and even pre-set scheduling. Three paging mics were set with presets to allow independent paging of zones, while also allowing a “page-all zones” function to ensure that all areas could be paged at the same time in case of an emergency.
Remote Access To Audio Systems
Not only is the upgraded audio system easy to operate from within the club, it can also be remotely operated by the Club IT Managers, with software loaded onto their PC’s. Remote connection to the club audio and paging system by the IT managers ensures that assistance is always available.
